hi, i'm 21 only and i have been coloring my hair for the last year, my "normal hair" (as before coloring) was extremely thick and very black, i've bleached it like 2 times and colored many times, because i can't reach the dessire color, any ways, my hair is breaking a lot! this summer my hair has been falling a bunch! i don't know if this can be normal, but i used to have lots, lots, of hair, and now, i starting to notice i have less now, so would anyone please recomend a very good hair treatment or a home remedy to help strenght my hair and get it back again?

Oil massage your hair atleast twice a week!!!!

Avoid harsh chemicals !!!!! Use natural products !!

Apply a mixture of chicken eggs , lemon , ginger juice and oil on your hair throughout your scalp and leave for 2 hours and then shampoo your hair with a natural product like an "Indian shampoo" called "Vatika" .It will definitely work!!

Deep condition your hair once a week. This will help bring the mositure back and prevent breakage. Be careful with color it's a real hair killer.

you need to try moisturizing, strengthening conditioners and probably hot-oil treatments. Coloring/bleaching your hair a lot is probably damaging your hair... not to mention sun--... like hot, dry weather's damage. try hair crack...lol~!

obviously, your hair's been damaged by too much coloring %26amp; bleaching, take a rest from those for a while....

hair loss averages 50-100 strands daily, so if you've been losing this much everyday, its just normal (ive been losing much more than that for more than 2 years now, but im still not bald LOL )

i take vitamins for the hair, especially all the B vitamins, keeps it soft, strong %26amp; healthy............good diet also helps, avoid too much drinking!!!

avoid strong shampoos, use a mild one (ph-balanced)

use some leave in conditioner or hair moisturiser... i was colouring my hair and my hairdresser told me to use this hair moisturiser stuff and it works... you can get it like anywhere
