Yes, it won't hurt anything... but to be honest, probably leaving it in for more than 30 minutes at one time wouldn't do anything more... it's only going to soak in how much it's going to soak in and nothing more. And using it more than a couple times a week would be overkill (for 99% of instances)

BTW, I LOVE Kpak by Joico... some of the best deep conditioner/reconstructor out there!!! Good choice! :)

well,you have to follow instructions.For some product,if you leave it overnight it might spoil your hair.By then,you will regret it so much.Anyway,the other thing to do is to visit a salon they always knows wad's best.

Yes, usually.... If its an oil based moisturizer, it will penetrate to saturation then just stop... So, sometimes leaving it on for longer doesn't really improve the results. The best thing to do is use warm heat (low setting) from a bloow dryer for like 5-10 minutes.. This will make a big difference in product penetration/performance for most..
