when you dye your hair it takes the protein out ....now you need to add protein back to your hair......jerrie redding makes a good protein it stinks badly but you will see a world of difference in your hair it adds protein back into your hair conditioners don't this is pure protein,,,,,,,,there are also matrix and k-packs..they have protein treatments also ...but jerri reddings pure protein is the best I think ......I use it because my hair is doubled processed and damaged badly....I will always have to use it till my hair grow out healthy.........I use it 3 times a week and if I go a week without omg its frizzy and awfully looking I always use it....please try this along with deep conditioners,,,,,,,,you need to put the protein back in your hair shafts to make the solid again ..please give it a try ...promise you will see a big difference
