Dead hair treatments?!?!?

i permed my hair, and put bleached hilights in it 2 times since the perm...and now my hair is just breaking off =(. and i know its not good for you hair, and all that...trust me. but i need to know some good products or remedies for extrmely dead hair. my hair used to be pretty thick and now it seems so thinned out, it doesnt really "feel" dry at all...but i can tell it is. i'm going to get it cut next week so that should help gain some of the thickness back, but does anyone have any suggestions?

You gotta man-up like Brittany......

Shave it and start over!!!!!!!

paul mitchell is the best... i would say tea tree or... or hair repair treatment conditioner, and instant moisture daily shampoo

i used to bleach my hair for a long long long time, my hair was horriable... every time i would get it cut i would ask for a deep conditioning treatment (alot of the time they would look at my hair and recomend it before i even asked) but they work great... all places have different kinds, but if you just generally ask for a deep conditioning treament they will kow what you mean. it takes awhile you have to sit under a hair dryer for about 20 mins or more... and you will loooooove your hair for the next few days after the treatment... it will be sooo soft and shiney. depending where you go, they are fairly inexpensive, i paid like $20 (or close to there) but i only went to little walk in salons like first choice or fiesta. hope that helps.

you can use aloe the plant and mix it into your shampoo and grease. or you can use hot oil treatments

I recently purchased a product at my salon that I absolutely LOVE!! It is called It's a 10 and it is in a small electric blue bottle with hot pink pump top and hot pink writing. After washing your hair, you spray a small amount in your hair, use styling products, dry and style, whatever you do and it is amazing. It just makes your hair beautiful and healthy looking. It is in the sense hair therapy/leave-in conditioner. The small town salon that I adore, cant keep it in stock! Everyone I know who uses it, just loves it and I have recommended quite a few friends and they love it. I just found this on the internet so you can read.

you can take hair spa treatment for your hair in a well-known beauty parlour. otherwise you can can do deep conditioning at your home. you have to put up a good conditioner in your hair. put a shower cap on it %26amp;put the aira hair drier on it so after 30 minutes you can wash your hair with warm water. use hair drier only 10 minutes.

i kno exactly what our talking about, i've been in your spot before, your best bet is to cut off little at a time the dead ends, don't cut it off %26amp; go g i jane, do it a little at a time so you don't loose the length of your hair... %26amp; no its not dry if its brake'n off, its the bleach that litearly melted your hair to a mush, causing it to softer then it should be %26amp; it brakes... ( i have purple hair, its been every color of the rainbow, permed, cut , you name it, i've had it.. in this situation, yea - pretty much screwed .. sry hun there isn't really any chemical help out there.. )
