I have extremely damaged hair. Its long and curly but seems to have really bad breakage and split ends. And lately its been breaking off pretty bad in the shower. What can I do to treat my hair and make it healthy again?

so i would use the pantene anti damage thing that takes away 2 years of damage in 2 months.

i also really damaged my hair also. i got a protein treatment for sally beauty supply. you leave it in your hair for 10 minutes and you do it daily. i also got the dove shampoo and conditioner. it is really helping. also use as little heat as possible. don't straighten it or use a blow dryer. and i also went on got my hair cut to get rid of most of the ends that are completely damaged.

if it's extremely damaged,, best things is trim that parts off.. so get s trim all over and you might need professional products where you have to go to a salon to get them,,

kerastase products are good,,

wella power mask is a good treatment for dry hair,,

when u get the products,, use twice a week after wash towel dry hair and apply the treatments and leave it in for 15 to 30 minutes.. rinse it out,, after it gets little better,, use once a week
