the cost of laser hair reduction varies greatly from place to place - this is a small area - I would think you could get it done for no more than $50 per treatment.
Because hair has 3 cycles it will take more than one treatment to remove it as hair can only be permanently removed when it's in the growth cycle. Perhaps 4 treatments but it can be more.
Also - you have to not wax or pluck the hair for 6 weeks prior to having the laser treatment. You can shave it or trim it - if you pluck, wax - anything that removes the hair it won't be available for the laser to destroy.
