if you go to a salon they can do a reconstructing mask on your hair .. i get one every other month and it works wonders .. it leaves my hair soft and silky even though i straigten or curl my hair almost every day

The only thing you need to do is to get a professional to cut your split ends. Then get them to use a deep conditioning treatment to soften and reconstruct your hair.

i would get a trim to get fresh ends but as for treatent dove therapy!!!!!!!! they have a shampoo and conditioner just for this. it comes in a rounded blue bottle and u should be able to get it at ur local drugstore. also when ur styling ur hair with heat i suggest putting a thermal heat protecter spray on ur hair to help keep it from getting damaged. u can get that at ur local drugstore too. good luck!

you can buy some leave in conditioner. it gives back that healthy shiny look and takes away the dryness. If that don't work you might want to not blow dry it or gel it to much because that could be whats damaging your hair. you don't have to get your hair cut because it is damaged just get the split ends taken off and turn to professional beauty products to do the rest

my hair is also really damaged, to the point were it's breaking off. use a hot oil treatment. i just bought one for like 99 cents at Sally's beauty supply, but i haven't used it yet so i cant tell you if it works good or not.
